The noise cancelling function doesn't work well on my earbuds. •The noise cancelling function may be disabled. Enable the noise cancelling function by pressing and holding your left earbud for 3 seconds. •The size of the ear tips is not suitable for you, or you may be wearing the earbuds incorrectly. Choose the most comfortable fit, and ensure your earbud makes a good seal with your ear canal. •If the sound openings such as microphone and speaker openings are blocked by debris, then clean your earbuds with a dry and soft cloth.
